Looking back on the week: Who is God?

(Monday) God who teaches us to interpret our lives not by what is visible, but by Your Word.

(Tuesday) God who uses even our sighs and despair, our worries and complaints as materials for faith.

(Wednesday) God who helps us know that our today is held within the eternal time of “It is finished.”

(Thursday) God who grants us not the peace of the world that exalts self, but the true peace of the Lord.

(Friday) God who helps us know that our inadequate steps are laid upon the Lord’s glorious steps.

That God is our God.
